A downloadable game for Linux

A text based adventure game in which you are in Alcatraz prison, you must survive to win. This was a game created for a 3 week coding course provided by codenation (https://wearecodenation.com/)

This is my first ever game would appreciate criticism.

Voice acting was done with the assistance of deep fake vocoder text to speech, list of voice used:

  1. Narrator - Batman (Thomas Wayne)
  2. Guard - Craig Ferguson
  3. Doctor - Tucker Carlson
  4. Prison announcer - Clancy Wiggum 
  5. Prisoner - Ayan Rand
  6. Big Steve - 50 cent

Install instructions

Download and unzip the archive then run the shell script ./run.sh (Maximise/Fullscreen the terminal window)

May require downloading playsound extension for python:

  • sudo pip install playsound
